A Voucher document containing reservation information for tours and excursions purchased through the Turkey Coach Tours Website and/or from the Turkey Coach Tours center and/or from the intermediary travel agency is delivered to the Consumer. The package tour contract submitted as an attachment to the Voucher is accepted by the Consumer. Cancellation and refund conditions are deemed to have started with the package tour contract between the Consumer and Turkey Coach Tours. Cancellation and refund conditions are regulated according to the relevant articles of the package tour contract and are an integral part of it. Package Tour Contract Cancellation and refund conditions between Turkey Coach Tours and the Consumer;
REFUND ON PROMOTIONAL TOURS; There is absolutely no right to cancel after a reservation is made for promotional or campaign products.
2. REFUND FOR INTERNATIONAL TOURS; For international tours, unless otherwise stated, in case of cancellation or cancellation request up to 30 days before the start of the trip, the price paid will be refunded to the consumer in full, without any deduction, excluding the compulsory taxes, duties, flight tickets and expenses arising from similar legal obligations. The consumer accepts and undertakes to pay the entire trip fee to Turkey Coach Tours as withdrawal compensation in case of cancellation or change requests less than 30 days before the start of the trip.
3. REFUND ON SHIP TOURS; Unless otherwise stated in cruise tours, in case of cancellation or cancellation request up to 60 days before the start of the cruise, the price paid will be refunded to the consumer in full, without any deduction, excluding the costs arising from compulsory taxes, duties and similar legal obligations. The consumer accepts and undertakes to pay the entire trip fee to Turkey Coach Tours as withdrawal compensation in case of cancellation or change requests less than 60 days before the start of the trip.
4. REFUND FOR DOMESTIC TOURS; For domestic tours, unless otherwise stated, in case of cancellation or cancellation request up to 30 days before the start of the trip, the price paid will be refunded to the consumer in full, without any deduction, excluding the compulsory taxes, duties, flight tickets and expenses arising from similar legal obligations. The consumer accepts and undertakes to pay the entire trip fee to Turkey Coach Tours as withdrawal compensation in case of cancellation or change requests less than 30 days before the start of the trip.
5. REFUND FOR DAILY TOURS; For daily tours, unless otherwise stated, in case of cancellation or cancellation request up to 15 days before the start of the trip, the price paid will be refunded to the consumer in full, without any deduction, excluding the costs arising from compulsory taxes, duties and similar legal obligations. The consumer accepts and undertakes to pay the entire trip fee to Turkey Coach Tours as withdrawal compensation in case of cancellation or change requests less than 15 days before the start of the trip.
6. AIRLINE, TRAIN, SHIP ETC. REFUND FOR TOURS INCLUDING TICKETS; In all package tours that include services of different carriers such as Airline and Train transportation; Since the Ticket is issued by the Carrier company on behalf of the Consumer after purchasing the package tour, Ticket rules will apply in cancellation and withdrawal requests. Since the ticket rules of the carrier company are regulated by International and different Transportation laws and have a framework outside the Package tour laws and regulations, the above-mentioned Package Tour cancellation rules do not apply to these services. When the Consumer purchases a Package tour, he accepts in advance that Turkey Coach Tours acts as an intermediary between himself and the carrier company. Carrier company ticket rules start as soon as the consumer purchases the package tour and continue until he completes the relevant trip. In case of tour cancellation by the consumer who has purchased a package tour containing tickets of different carriers, all or part of the fee paid in accordance with the relevant ticket rules, regardless of the time remaining for the tour departure, will be refunded by deducting the costs arising from taxes, duties and similar legal obligations that must be paid to the carrier company, from the tour fee. The ticket rules of the Carrier company also apply to the Consumer’s tour cancellations due to circumstances considered as force majeure and/or health reasons. Even if Turkey Coach Tours accepts the Consumer’s Force Majeure and decides to refund the tour fee, it is not possible to prevent the carrier company’s deductions from the Ticket prices. Turkey Coach Tours is not responsible for these possible interruptions and the Consumer has no right to claim compensation from Turkey Coach Tours.
RIGHT OF NAME CHANGE AND TRANSFER IN ALL TOURS; 7.1 General rules in case of name changes in package tours; For International Tours, it can be done free of charge from the sale of the tour until 30 days before the departure of the tour. Domestic Tours can be made free of charge from the sale of the tour until 30 days before the departure of the tour. Daily Tours can be made free of charge from the sale of the tour until 15 days before the departure of the tour. For requests made less than these deadlines;There may be situations where name changes are made for a certain extra fee and/or some services change and some services do not allow name changes and/or no changes can be made at all. In such cases, the difference fee resulting from the name change is transferred to the consumer. Once this additional fee is accepted by the Consumer, the necessary name change is made. If the Consumer does not make the difference payment after the change is made, Turkey Coach Tours has the right to cancel the entire reservation and/or recourse all expenses to the Consumer.Name changes are made upon consumer request and approval. All change requests submitted to Turkey Coach Tours verbally and/or in writing via telephone, e-mail, SMS are considered as the customer’s approval.
7.2 Visa fees of Participants whose visa process has been completed regarding transferred tours abroad will not be refunded. Participants who take over the package tour will be responsible for their visas. Turkey Coach Tours does not have any responsibility if they do not have a visa or if a visa is not granted until the tour start date even though they have applied. In such a case, the agency collects the entire tour fee from the transferor and/or transferee.
8 INTERMEDIATE FLIGHT, VISA, INSURANCE CANCELLATIONS IN TOURS; For international travels and cruises, visa and insurance fees and, if any, domestic connection flight ticket fees offered with the tour are non-refundable.
9. CANCELLATIONS IN CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE AND/OR HEALTH CASE; Force majeure situations specified in the law for the consumer or his/her first-degree relatives, serious accidents that prevent the consumer from fulfilling any of the provisions of the package tour contract, serious illness requiring treatment, death are considered as force majeure for the CONSUMER. The consumer must prove the existence of force majeure with a valid document obtained from official institutions and state hospitals. In case of a situation that the consumer cannot foresee and prevent despite showing all necessary care, or due to the force majeure reasons specified in this article, and gives a written notice of termination less than 30 days (60 days in case of cruise tours) before the start of the package tour, the mandatory taxes, duties, airfares, etc. ticket etc. The amount paid by the consumer is refunded to the consumer within 14 official business days from the date of termination notification to Turkey Coach Tours, without any deduction, except for expenses arising from legal obligations and fees that can be paid and documented to third parties and cannot be refunded. In accordance with Law No. 1618, if this cancellation is covered by insurance, the necessary refund is made by the insurance company and the time for the refund to occur varies depending on the insurance damage refund processing time. Turkey Coach Tours is not responsible for the duration and paperwork of insurance refunds.
TOUR CANCELLATION BY Turkey Coach Tours; Turkey Coach Tours has the right to cancel the tours partially or completely due to failure to reach the quorum for the tour, weather and road conditions, force majeure and/or similar reasons. This situation is notified to the Consumer at least 7 days before the departure of the tour for international tours, at least 2 days before the departure of the tour for domestic tours, and 1 day before the departure of the tour for daily tours. In such cases of cancellation, Turkey Coach Tours refunds the entire payment of the Consumer within 14 business days. The consumer has no right to demand compensation from Turkey Coach Tours regarding this cancellation.
CREDIT CARD REFUNDS; For refunds made to a credit card, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected on the card, depending on the working conditions of the banks. If the consumer requests a refund to his or her bank for a Package tour purchased with a credit card, Turkey Coach Tours cancellation and refund conditions apply. In accordance with the cancellation and refund conditions accepted when purchasing the package tour, he/she does not have the right to request the credit card payment back from the bank. Credit card refunds can only be made by Turkey Coach Tours.
